This book provides practical advice for the daily management of a company. Managers have to deal with ethical or moral issues all the time and do not necessarily have the academic background to respond to these challenges.
Because of this, I wrote this book with a series of recommendations for decision making based on Confucius' millenarian book "Analects". It is as if we were lucky enough to be able to hire as external consultant the wise Confucius, born more than 2000 years ago.

Claudio Pardo Molina:
Claudio Pardo Molina was born in 1977 and studied at the Miguel Luis Amunátegui public high school in Santiago de Chile.  Father of five children, he is a commercial engineer from the School of Economics and Business at the University of Chile and has a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the School of Industrial Engineering at the same university.
He has worked in various companies such as the Central Bank of Chile, the Albert Einstein Foundation, the University of Chile as well as the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.  In his free time, he also participates in a philanthropic non-governmental organization.
In his work experience he has come to the conclusion that today values and ancient wisdom have become more necessary than ever.  Perhaps because much of today's problems are due to ethical issues that drag on from the past and the depth of human contradictions.
Many of his books try to bring to the present millenary wisdom from both East and West, in the hope that this knowledge can help us to answer those endless doubts of being. Where do we come from? Who are we? Where are we going?
